How to handle returns from the buyer
 
I sold a item after dropping of post office I given out trucking number buyer contact with me asking he mistake accidentally buy this item I ask him I send out please when item came do not open refuse delivery I will given full refund after he received he given good feed back about few days later he wants to return according to him item is not working?
item was brand new never been open also I put some pictures now I m trying to contact eBay I can not make a call or they don’t even call me I don’t know what to do?
