How to handle return from insufficient buyers address ? Who or how is return shipping paid ?
Just received package from post office stating buyers shipping address was insufficient and was not able to deliver and has been returned.
I have contacted the buyer with a photo of the shipping label and notification of insufficient address and asked them to check / correct their eBay account sending address….. how do I generate a shipping label without being charged for it when this was not sellers fault?
