A lot of new Sellers make mistakes in the shipping area until they learn how to do it properly. You have to absorb the cost of your mistake and not make it in the future.

If you purchased an incorrect label you will have to Void it within 5 days - your account will be credited in 21 days or less. Do that on this page using the pull down menu on the left and selecting Void: Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)

Next, on the linked page about OR the sold item use the pull down menu to Print another label, you will pay for the correct postage to ship to your customer.

Sorry it happened but if you figure out where the mistake was made you can correct that in the future.

@desjardins18 You will have to pay for the additional shipping costs yourself. You cannot charge the buyer for additional shipping beyond what they have already paid.
