How to handle a partial order missing
I have a buyer claiming that part of his order was missing. I can show what my package weighed when I shipped it USPS. I’ve asked him to send me photos of the shipping box. He has not yet. He said he didn’t notice if the box was resealed or not.
He’s asking for a refund. I told him he should file a claim with the post office. Or start a refund request with eBay.
What should I do?
