How to handle a no-show on local pick-up
Prior to Buyer payment, I notified buyer of six dates I was available to meet for local pick-up. Buyer stated he could pick up paid-for item on Sunday, 12/10. I replied I was agreeable to the date, provided the address for local police station "safe zone" address and stated the time I would be there. Buyer did not reply after my acceptance of their chosen date and time I would be there. I showed up and waited for 45 minutes (I have pics to prove I was there). The Buyer never showed or messaged. Totally ghosted me. We are approaching the 30-day mark since buyer paid. I am aggravated at this point. The buyer was a slow pay and won a separate auction which was canceled for non-payment.
So should I cancel and refund their money? Buyer feedback shows he has done this before a few other times with other sellers. I want to conclude this transaction and not hold this item indefinitely. There were other bids on this item -- so what's a reasonable time frame to wait? TIA
