how to handle a credit card dispute?

Buyer claims he received a package with nothing in it. Immediately opens a dispute with his credit card. Refuses to send the package back?

Usually a credit card provider notifies the seller of an item when a claim is filed. Since the buyer is claiming that they received an empty box if you still have your shipping label receipt that shows the package dimensions and weight, send that info and the order details to them. If yu do not have the label receipt contact the shipper and request a copy to be sent to you and forward it to the card provider. Hopefully, if the item cost over $750 you sent it with signature confirmation, per ebay's policy.
