How to handle a closed return request
I purchased two loaded backing plates. It should that it would fit my vehicle. I needed two, so I reached out to the seller to see if he had two that would fit my vehicle. He said he did and I paid for them. I received them and they do not fit the vehicle. I reached out to the seller three time and never responded. I ended up requesting that they be returned. With in an hour of the request, I receive an email that they request was closed. How do I go about getting my refund?
