How to handle a buyer leaving a review that I sold her something that wasn't in my photos
Recently had a buyer say I sold a different bracelet than what was in my pictures. The review was really bad, she said in her opinion it was fraud. I didn't do this at all, sold one exactly the same as hers and no complaints. What should I do?

Reason would be "The buyer is raising an issue that was correctly disclosed in the listing"

MentorJul 13, 2026 at 1:59 PMTell the buyer to file a returns request for Item Not as Described, and you will accept the return and pay for return shipping. When you get the item back, you refund her. If she sends back the exact item you shipped in the listing, you can file a report that the buyer misused the Money Back Guarantee in order to ship the item back for free.
