How to give buyer a partial refund after making the sale?
After collecting the buyer's money, I told him I would give a partial refund on the shipping cost.
How do I do this?
It used to be easy ... but eBay has made changes.
Please help me.

Go to your sold orders. Select ‘send refund’ from the pull down menu next to that item.
Enter the amount, select shipping discount as the reason and click enter.
