Mentor1 month ago@sogab_35 You can try contacting customer service on social media and see if they will approve a refund without a return or not. However as I stated per eBay Policy using third party to reship CANCELS the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

OP1 month agoOr maybe I won't try anymore. It is simply possible to place a false advertisement. And when the buyer writes that a mistake has occurred, they don’t even apologize, they pretend to be a fool.
I offered to return part of the money and close the matter. I also wrote about the impossibility of a return. After learning this, she began to ignore it.

Only buy from sellers that ship directly to your country OR that use the eBay International Shipping Program so that you have buyer protection.
You may have protection with your payment method for an item that is not as described. You would file a chargeback.
This is copied from the eBay Money Back Guarantee policy page. As you see unfortunately reshipping has canceled your eBay MBG.

OR did the seller ship directly to you?

OP1 month agoNo, perfume is delivered to Armenia, but on the return trip it is on the list of prohibited goods.

OP1 month agoEverything was fine for over 3 years. This is the first time this has happened. The seller wrote 100 ml in the ad, and 50 ml arrived.
