how to get warrenty repairs on products bought that dont work

how do you get a dell to honor the warrenty when you called the number on the product and then you emailed them thru ebay amd also emailed them thru the email on the product and they requested a video and the paper when you bought it and sent them and it has a 5 year werremty on the com[pressor and 3 years on parts and i have it for a year

Did you get it from Dell? Did you register it with Dell when it was brand new?

Many manufacturers won’t honor warranties if the product was bought from a private seller instead of an authorized seller.
