How to get to the Ebay moneyback guarantee "department"

I bought a battery powered toy item listed as new, but it was inoperable and corroded. Seller does not accept returns.

I can't seem to get past the eBay return an item sequence to get help with the eBay guarantee.

You don't need to contact eBay for this. It can all be done online.

When you go to return request, choose return item and the reason should be "not as described"

You may need to add a photo and details that it is corroded.

Then the seller needs to respond with a return label (seller paid) You return the item and you will get a full refund, including any shipping you paid.

If the seller does not respond to the return request there will be a way to ask eBay to step in after a few days but you need to give the seller time to respond.
