If you insist on contacting Customer Service:
Use the link below, and you can request a call back from Ebay by clicking “Chat with our automated assistant†on the left side of the page. Then type "AGENT" at the bottom in the chat box. (Repeat if necessary) You will see an option to request a call back or chat with a CS rep.
