How to get the funds that are on hold
I sold an item & shipped it without tracking. The buyer got it, messaged me a confirmation and left a positive review. How do I get the funds?

Since you did not use tracking plus because you are a new/infrequent seller, Ebay can withhold your payout for up to 30 days.
