How to get some justice?
I purchased a set of tubes for my golf bag, I ordered 14. The seller only sent 7, after contacting the seller his only response was to return the shipment and they sent a label to send the package back. They then proceed and refund only half my purchase price. Why am I penalized for their mistake? How to I get a full refund for a shipment that wasn’t filled correctly?
