How to get Shipping charge reimbursed from an auto pay bid/sale
I am making a Local Pick up (option from seller) - I need return shipping charge reimbursed from an auto pay bid/sale. What is the best way to do that?

You can ask the seller to refund that shipping.

If the seller is inexperienced, he may not understand how this works.
The seller has the shipping money, eBay doesn't
Here are the options
1) Seller goes to his order details and sends a partial refund
2) You pickup and seller gives you a cash refund
3) Seller cancels the sale and fully refunds you, relists with local pickup and you pay again without shipping, then pick it up
