How to get Sales Tax Refund?

Question

I paid Sales Taxes on a paper cutting machine, which was purchased on Jul 3, 2024. I just saw now that I paid the sales tax on that machine. The machine was purchased for business purpose. I've Sales Tax Certificate. How to get back that amount?

Does ebay have any customer service contact number or chatting option? I could not find aything.

eBay will not refund the tax paid - to not pay sales tax you must register as tax exempt before making the purchase.

Usually you would request a refund through your sales tax return. Since the tax was paid in 2024, you should contact your state’s department of revenue and ask them if there is a way to request a refund now.
