How to get rotten products removed from EBAY

Question

I just purchased two-section, wrap-around squirrel baffles from a seller that are just horrible and, frankly, rip-offs. The seller was not the problem, but the product is horrible. There are numerous offers and sellers for these same baffles (typically going for around $8 or so), and in their finished form, they do not look like anything pictured in the online images.

They collapse and look like floppy hats and DO NOT retain their shape at all.

Is it even possible to have these things removed from Ebay? They really are nothing more than scams.

I am sorry that happened!

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described. (ie it isn't a quality product that will do the job)

This is the best way to discourage sales of this product.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
