How to get rid of limit
To help protect your account, we limit the amount of items purchased by a single account at any one time.
This buying limit is temporary. You can come back soon and buy more items.
Protect your eBay Account: eBay will never ask you to enter your personal information - such as credit card number, password, or other -- in an email.

All new sellers are limited to the number of listings per month and the amount of Gross Merchandise Sales in Dollars per month. They are also limited in categories and or items
These limits are automatically raised once the new seller has established a track record of selling with no major buyer complaints or filed requests or cases.
For brand new sellers with no pre-existing business, on or off line, the limits are not subject to review.
If you have an existing business, on or off line, you may be able to have the limits raised by providing information about your business to eBay.
Your eBay account may have been limited either because of the Seller Standards program (your seller level has fallen Below Standard), you have not listed anything on eBay in the last 90 days or you are unable to list more items of certain luxury brand types or categories.

eBay has restrictions on sales of the latest electronics to make sure buyers have a good experience. If you are not a verified seller or you don't meet the minimal performance standards on eBay, your limit may be zero for these items.
