How to get reimbursed for packing and shipping costs at a local UPS store

I need to take an artwork to a local UPS store to have the painting boxed and shipped. The buyer paid me for UPS shipping. How do I get reimbursed by eBay?

@dombeyandsons You will receive the $ that the buyer paid for shipping in your payout. Funds are held for up to 31 days for new and returning sellers.

You can not charge the buyer more for shipping than stated on the listing so I hope you researched the cost of packing and the retail price for UPS.
