How to get refunds for cancelled shipping labels that got printed due printer not working

I had to cancel several shipping labels because my printer failed to print. I see all the charges but no credits. Will refund be automatic or do I need to take further actions.

If you VOIDED the labels within 5 days of trying to print them, the USPS will credit your account in 3-4 weeks. They want to confirm that the labels were never used.
