How to get refunded for a shipping label that wasn't used OR how to get a hold of ebay!
Hi i'm looking to get refunded for a shipping label I purchased and didn't end up using. I also can't find ebays phone number, any ideas how to get ahold of someone?

Mentor2 years agoYou can void a label within 5 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.

There is no need to speak with eBay about this as it's something you handle yourself at the link I gave you.
You can get answers to most questions at the Help link at the top of most pages or by asking right here. eBay doesn't have a support line you can call, but in the rare instance you would need to speak with them, at the link below, you can click Chat with our automated assistant. Scroll down the list of options and click Have us call you.

·2 years agoYou have 5 days to void the shipping label.
Go to your shipping labels and click Void in the menu next to the label.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.
