How to get refund seller didnâ€™t ship

Question

I placed order and paid. Seller didnâ€™t ship. I requested cancellation. Seller didnâ€™t respond. I reported not getting item. Now waiting til end of week. In meantime seller contacted me and is willing to refund but doesnâ€™t know how to cancel.

Did you open an Item Not Received case?  If so ebay sent seller instructions, if not tell seller the cancel or refund option is in the drop down menu next to the item.
