    how to get refund for counterfeit items
                     

    Hi, 

    I bought some oil filters that the seller claimed to be genuine Mecedes filter, but I compared and verified with the local Mercedes dealer that the filters are not genuine.  I immediately submitted a Return Request to the seller but it got closed/declined as the time has passed the return window.  How do I get eBay help to enforce the return/refund for the counterfeit purchase?

    If the return time had passed, Ebay closed the Return Request, not the seller.

    • When you filed the Return Request, what reason did you specify for the request?
    • Did the seller provide a prepaid return shipping label? If not, did you ask Ebay to step in to help you? If they DID send a return shipping label, did you return the item in the time frame allowed?
