recently we lost about $1000 because of scammer buyer manipulated shipping label and send return package to same zip code and item showed delivered on eBay site even though we did not receive anything. USPS could not help much after several calls to USPS we found what happened.. How can i get protected from scam buyers who changes address on return shipping labels?
