How to get payment on an item that was automatically cancelled
I had a sale that was automatically cancelled. The buyer is still interested. Do I have to relist the item or is there a way to resend the invoice?

Mentor2 years agoSince it was cancelled there wouldn't be a way to get paid through that original transaction. You would need to relist.

You have to relist and the buyer purchases it again. Do not relist it if it was removed for a policy violation, unless you can correct the violation.
