Mentor2 weeks agoAs a new seller, ebay can hold your payout up to 31 days. They want to make sure the funds are available for a refund in case the buyer files a chargeback. In the label prep area, scroll DOWN toward the bottom and select to pay for the label from your pending payout (or Paypal if you prefer). If you go directly to UPS to pay for shipping, you will be paying the retail counter price, rather than the discounted commercial price that ebay charges.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou need to add the tracking number to the order details. Hopefully you know the tracking number for the package. If so, go to your sold list and from the drop down menu by the item you should see a link to add the tracking number.
