How to get negative feedback updated?
Hello,
I had a buyer post negative feedback about an item before contacting me to try and work things out. I contacted them and we worked together and in a very short time resolved the issue to their satisfaction. The buyer sent in a feedback revision and it’s visible on their page however the negative feedback is still on mine. How do I get the updated positive revised feedback posted on my page? Yes, I’ve try several times to get help from eBay but I must be doing it wrong….SOS 🙃 Thanks in advance for your time and reply!
