How to get my seller to respond
Summary: gp_ron is experiencing difficulty with a purchase: they received wheels that don't match the advertised size and have not received a response from the seller for three days. They are seeking a refund and reimbursement for return shipping. rfmtm advised opening a return request for an item not as described to get the seller's attention and suggested escalating the matter to eBay if there's no response by the fourth day.
Three days now and no response; maneuvering around eBay is not easy. Can someone help me ? I need 13/16 in OD wheels. In your ad, when referring to the wheel size, your advertisement states in bold red letters 13/16 in. OD; it also says 13/16in OD on the package they arrived in, but the wheel size in your package actually measures 7/8 in., making them too large to fit into my 13/16 in. pocket door track. Apparently, at no fault of mine, an error occurred during your packaging process. Your advertisement is misleading! I request a complete refund along with reimbursement for the cost to return them to you. What say you? Thank you, Ronald Kassay

Mentor1 month agoOpen a Return Request for an Item Not as Described, wrong item (do NOT select "doesn't fit"). This will get the seller's immediate attention. If no response by the fourth day go back to the return request and ask ebay to step in.
