How to get my refund if the seller sold me a resealed and tampered item?
A seller sold me a sealed pokemon booster pack. I just opened it and I noticed it had been clearly resealed and tampered with. The seller almost instantly denied my return request. What do I do to get my money back?

Mentor5 days ago@ty_4510 If it is too late for a eBay return request case then you will need to file a chargeback with your payment method.

Mentor6 days ago· Within 3 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “Doesn't match description“. Attach a photo.
· IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
· If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
