HOW TO GET MONEY BACK OVER 30 DAYS
I want to report a seller here.
He sold me 2pcs of not working gpu before. I trust him before cuz those cards can be repaired. But then I bought the third card from him and unfortunately I found it is not the one in the listing even the part number is totally different. But when I realized it it is over 30 days. ebay won't help me anything. I ask for partial refund and he declined. The part number is totally defferent. The chip has been replaced.
If I report to police will they help me?
