How to get money back

Seller have changed his mind, he says because of eBay fees, it's not worth it to send it to me, By the way, first he provided a tracking number, then he changed his mind. How do I get my money back?

If the seller cancels, you should be refunded automatically.

If not, and the tracking number is never updated to show delivery, you can file an "item not received" case after the last estimated delivery date. If the seller cannot provide tracking that shows delivery and will not refund voluntarily, you can ask eBay to step in in three business days to force a refund.

If the seller ships something and you receive it, but not what you ordered, file a "not as described" case and return it for a refund or ask eBay to step in and refund if the seller does not cooperate at any step.
