How to get misleading information taken down from a seller's listing
I use filters to browse and buy signed and collectible books and I keep getting one seller's inventory in my results because all their listings have this language: 'May be signed by the author' and 'Could be a first edition or out-of-print.'
This is about as useful as an electronics seller saying 'Might be new' or 'Could be an Apple product' or a jewelry seller saying 'could contain actual diamonds' or 'might be made of gold.'
I've tried to report this through the ebay reporting form but it just tells me there's an error every time I try to submit, and there is never live help. Any thoughts on how to report this? Thanks, everyone.
