How to get Live Agent to close account
Does anyone know how to get an actual human in eBay's customer service? I requested to close my account online, but received a message that there was an open payment dispute. It has been resolved, my credit card gave me a credit for an eBay order that never shipped. How do I actually get an eBay representative to understand that there no more payment issues with the account and to close it? Any help is appreciated.
