how to get labels to print
I have a new label printer but all ebay will send is a full sheet that does not work with the label printer... how can you change this? please help as ebay is no help thanks

When you use bulk label purchase,
-- select your labels (maybe try 2 for now)
-- Click Review Purchase button
-- When that window opens, there is a "Change Paper Size" link above the "Confirm and Pay" button.
-- Click to change your paper size. Usually, the paper size will "stick" and stay until changed.

There is a Print Format "Change" button on the lower right-hand side of the Print Shipping Label screen.
- If you don't see something like this to the right on the shipping screen, click the "Show additional shipping options" on the upper right, then look again.
Click the "Change" and you can select PDF for a label printer (4x6)

OP9 months agoI have already printed and shipped the item, so now I have to wait to make another sale before I can change the label size? or are there settings I am missing somewhere?
