The chat function is currently not operational. There was a period when posing a question directly was straightforward, enabling efficient communication without navigating chat functionality.

Mentor8 months agoGo to your Purchase History, find the item and click on "More actions" then scroll down to "Contact seller".

Hello eBay, please revert to the previous setup. It was much easier to send messages through the eBay platform and receive replies quickly, depending on the location zone.
This new service is not functioning properly. If other buyers are satisfied, one dissatisfied voice cannot prompt changes 🙂
