How to get in touch with ebay but only sending me in circles.
Been trying to no avail to get in touch with ebay about a return they marked received. refund buyer now. (DO NOT KNOW WHY)? Did not received item yet tracking number shows it was not deliver yet. buyer thinks I am not refunding on time and can cost me negative FB. It is always like this. There should be some type of number to fix things like this and the matter can be cleared up in a moment. That chat they have is useless and does not fix or answer any problem, only takes you in circles and a waste of time...

Mentor2 years ago@northeasteagle If tracking says the item has been received by you then you are going to have to refund no later than the 3 day after that message.
Just like when you ship an item out to a buyer you are responsible for items that are late, lost, or damaged in shipping on the way back to you. I know that this doesn't seem fair but that's how the system works.
If you do not refund NOW then eBay will step in and force a refund and you will get a Defect.
Return labels through eBay are not insured. That is why I always recommend sellers use their own return labels, plus sometimes eBay's return label costs are too high. I can tell you how to set that up if you wish.
Talking to CS is not going to change this. The agent might say something like it's ok to wait because they say what a member wants to hear on the phone so they get a good rating. Or they say they will " take care of it" which means they will force the refund and you get a Defect.
