How to get help with a frudulent listing
I am kind of exasperated as it seems Ebay has done everything to AVOID trying to help anybody with fraud or speak to a live human. I'm pretty certain I fell for a fraud. The listing said the Item was in Kentucky I paid buy it now. For an $800 camera. After the seller has not replied for several days I looked at the listing and in almost invisible fine print it say the item is shipping from China s they person is in China. I have tried to click the return or cancel button. it tells me I can't return the item becasue it has shipped. Yet the seller has not given any tracking number. from the US or China. I keep trying to report the listing as a fraud and get a refund but eBay say "it may be on it's way!" And I have to wait till the 14th. This was a Christmas gift and I need to get the money back to buy a legit one! My problem is by the time ebay lets me complain it never arrived I may be out of options for a refund! is there away to get an actual human at ebay who can help me with this?
