How to get help for double billing

Unless you see two purchases for the same item in your Purchase History, I think if you look again, you'll see that one charge is a pending charge which puts a hold on your funds until the approved transaction is posted to your account. Within a few days, the pending charge drops off.

OP2 years agoThank you for your response. I purchased this item as a guest because I was having login issues, so it doesn't show in my purchase history. The double charge shows on 3/27/2024 for the same order number. I've yet to receive the item. 🤞ðŸ»

Look at your credit card or bank statement again - you should see one charge as a pending charge. That one will drop off.

Scroll down and click the button to find guest order details.
You can take action once it's past the estimated delivery date on the order.

Guest purchases do not show on your eBay account nor can they be merged with your account. They are stand alone transactions and can be dealt with via the link that @inceptions provided. You cannot leave Feedback on the Guest purchases but you are covered by eBay's MGB.
If you purchased as a Guest and then purchased again logged in to your account then yes, you bought two items. Your account will ONLY show the purchase made through your eBay account.
