How to get Feedback Revision posted?
Hello,
I had a buyer post negative feedback about an item before contacting me to try and work things out. I contacted them and we worked together and in a very short time resolved the issue to their satisfaction. The buyer sent in a feedback revision and it’s visible on their page however the negative feedback is still on mine. How do I get the updated positive revised feedback posted on my page? Yes, I’ve try several times to get help from eBay but I must be doing it wrong….SOS 🙃 Thanks in advance for your time and reply!

The only way to revise feedback is to have the seller send the buyer a "feedback revision request". Send the buyer a feedback revision request for that negative feedback.

the buyer has already provided a positive/revised feedback it’s not appearing on my feedback profile. I can see the new revised positive feedback on the buyers feedback profile. How do I get that feedback updated on my feedback profile?

Mentor6 months agoSomething sounds off here, can you show us a screenshot or something showing the revised feedback on the buyers side? You can block out any ID's....

The feedback is not 2 entries. It is one entry, so when it is revised or replied to, it shows on both the buyer's and the seller's wall.
I agree with @momtoabeautifuldaughter can you post a screenshot? Or tell us the eBay Item Number for the listing?
