How to get eBay to step in?

Question

Shipped item to buyer. Tracking shows it was delivered to an individual at the address. Buyer claims it was not delivered and has opened a claim against me.

I want eBay to step in.

I have followed their links, but never get the option to select have eBay step in.

How do I get eBay to step in? Is there an actual link for this request?

Do not ask eBay to step in as they will find for the buyer. All you need to do is to enter the tracking number into the case notes and eBay should find in your favor.
