How to get eBay to reimburse for tax that should not have been charged

I purchased a book this week and see that eBay has charge BC PST on the book. BC does not collect taxes on books. How do I get my money back?

Had some difficulties getting the reply box to open. The item was listed under Toys and Games so this may have been the issue with the automated system applying tax. I contacted eBay and they said it was up to the Seller to refund me, but the Seller said the only option given to them for a refund was basically the total price.

At this point I will approach the Government to get the refund as it will be easier than dealing with eBay.

Was the book listed in a Book category, and not a Collectibles or some other category?
