How to get Ebay to pay the sellers I have purchased from....

I need some help and have been unsuccessful in reaching a real person at Ebay.

I made two purchases from two different sellers and my credit card company denied the charges by mistake. The problem with cc company has been resolved and now EBay has the funds but is not releasing the funds to the sellers.

Since my problem seems to be with EBay, how do I get this problem resolved with EBay?

If eBay received your payments, the payments may be on hold. There are several reasons for this, but it has nothing to do with you. The seller's funds will be released within 30 days in most cases. The sooner the sellers ship, the sooner their funds will be released.
