How to get eBay to help with refund when product received isn’t the product ordered and seller won’t
I ordered new in package Queen sheets and they clearly aren’t Queen but seller doesn’t do refunds. Need eBay’s help but how?! Seems like there is no where to turn.

·3 years agoGo to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
