How to get eBay refund for state taxes collected
I bought an item a few months ago that was stolen somewhere in transit. A long arduous history followed, and seller just now refunded the item price via personal check. The state sales taxes collected by eBay at the time of the transaction were not refunded by seller, as seller has no way to do that. How can I contact eBay to request a refund of these taxes??? I've had zero luck trying to reach a "live" person. Many thanks to anyone who can help!
