How to get ebay pay you what they owe you?
A buyer bought a watch from me. I sent the watch. Well they told ebay they hadn't received it so ebay gave them money back plus they got the watch. I'm stuck with nothing and want either my money or my watch.

If the buyer received the item after they were refunded, neither the buyer nor Ebay is required to reimburse you.
Why did the buyer not receive the item by the estimated date of delivery?
