How to get delivered item off my ready to ship list
Summary: northerncalights is seeking advice on how to remove a delivered item from their 'ready to ship' list. eastlaneave and northerncalights discuss potential solutions but do not reach a clear conclusion in the thread.
We had 2 items sold, but neglected to combine the shipping in advance of paying for the shipping through EBay. I went back and added the tracking information to the second item and marked it as shipped. In Order Details it is now showing up as delivered, but the item is still showing up in the FOR YOU section ready to be shipped. It also shows 2 items ready to be shipped every time I get a new order, instead of just 1. I need to remove this from the system. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you already marked it as shipped and added the tracking number, there isn't anything more to do.
I've had a couple 'notifications' sticking around on my app, too.
It will go away by 90 days.
I know this is not a solution for you, but I don't have a way to fix it.

If it is only on the app, try uninstalling and reinstalling.
I had a ready to ship that finally went away.
