how to get any answeror help from ebay customer service after filling out on line forms to many tim
purched a ice sno cone maker from simon-elf .got it but w/o insurance I requested!!I had talked to seller before and 7 times on line after to be o.k. ! He will not help !! He even said he did not have any thing to do with allstate insurance listed on the page. I understand this but got NO paperwork with item so notified him.I have filled out customer problem forms 4 times on e-bay asking for help no reply yet??I simply can't get an answer from e-bay customer service to contact insurance Allstate HOW? e-mail address?Phone??Can't get to talk to any e-bay human??
