how to get an agent to call you
Ebay has gotten pretty good at hiding any way for you to actually have contact with an agent. I have in the past but can't seem to find the link to get them to call me today, 8/29/25. Anyone else see the place to get help when it doesn't fit any of their preset buttons? Am I supposed to use buttons that don't apply to my concern which is that I can not contact or leave feedback for a recent buyer. It says I already left feedback; I have tried but not done so. I also tried to contact the buyer to tell them this and my eBay mail said something went wrong, so no contact either. What gives?

Mentor11 months ago@centralupstates If the buyer made the purchase using a Guest Account, not logged in to their eBay account then they can not leave or receive feedback. This is because the Guest Account purchase is not tied to an account.

Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
