how to get an agent?
I bought something weeks ago. the delivery date was today - but the tracking info was canceled weeks ago. no response from seller and I can't get past the stupid ebay bots...... is there a phone number?

Mentor2 years agoYou should be able to file an "item not received" case the day after the last estimated delivery date.

If the seller is unable to provide tracking that shows delivery and does not refund you, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
